The 2005163.VIT is a Fluoride Ion Electrode Cartridge (F). The measurement range is 0.02 ppm to 2,000 ppm, the temperature range is -0°C to 80°C. The 2005163.VIT has a lanthanum fluoride solid state membrane. The F electrode is designed for use in aqueous solutions only. Fluoride ions will complex with aluminum, silicon, iron (+3), and other polyvalent cations as well as hydrogen and these fluoride ion complexes will not be “seen” by the sensor. The optimum pH range is 5-8 pH. Outside this pH range, large errors will occur in the acid range and small errors will occur in the alkaline pH ranges. Wetted materials are PEEK, PTFE, LaF3 and VITON. Use code "078" to order the 2005163.VIT in an S80 sensor.
