Dual stage oxidation

n°2 special manufactured UV lamps operating in series and double wavelength allows same oxidation recovery percentage as high temperature oxidation method for almost all the organic compounds.

Double wavelength (254 and 185 nm)

allows for higher efficiency in oxidation. 185 nm radiation is absorbed by oxygen, thus generating ozone. 254 nm radiation is absorbed by most organic matters, contributing to double bond demolition. It is also absorbed by persulfate generating OH- oxidant radicals and by ozone, generating atomic oxygen which in turn is oxidant.

Reactor Design

Its inner structural design offers a wide surface for UV radiation and promotes total oxidation.

How long does the TOC analyzer UV lamp last?

The UV lamp will typically last >24 months, supporting an annual preventive maintenance.
